The City of Milford Zoning Board is the approval authority for all building permits in the City limits of the City of Milford Kansas.  All permit applications can be picked up in person at the Milford City Hall or downloaded on this website.  They must be turned into the Milford City Clerk 5 days prior to the Milford Zoning Board monthly meeting to be seen that month.  No building what so ever can be started prior to recieving a approved building permit.  All fence permits must be turned into the Milford City Clerk with a minimum of 2 weeks prior to building start date.  Please read all instructions on permit applications so as to have all information on applications and to make sure you have completed all requirded requirements of the application.
